Annual Raffle Draw
The FWBME is Raffle Fund raiser has become the organization’s primary source of funds since post COVID. This Event raises around R20k.
All registered members and volunteers are encouraged to sell at least a single book – 100 lines @ R10.00
The 2026 Raffle Draw is scheduled for Saturday 29th August 2026 when FWBME will hosting the Senior Citizens of Mt Edgecombe and surrounding areas.

How can members of the public get involved
• Purchase tickets to the draw
• Get friends or family members to become sponsor of prizes for future raffles
• Get Friends or family to sponsor the printing of raffle tickets.
Businesses that Sponsor the printing of tickets or the prizes itself will be get their business details printed on the tickets for the publicity they deserve.
